Yes, your package night credit will expire if you didn’t utilize them fully after 15 June 2021.
How many packages are available?
There are 2 packages available. Package A: RM599nett for 5 nights, Package B: RM699nett for 5 nights at Premium Locations.

Can I book multiple locations?
Definitely! You can utilize your package night credit for multiple locations. For example, if you would have bought the 5 nights’ package, you can use 2 nights for your stay at any listed location for Genting and 3 nights for your stay at any listed location for Penang.

Can I cancel my package or booking?
Cancellation of packages or booking will not be accepted.
Is there a refund if I cancel the purchase?
Unfortunately, as per Terms & Conditions, the purchased packages & unused coupon codes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.

Is this package transferable for other guests?
Yes, you can utilize your room nights in your package for other guests. Our StayConcierge team will verify with the package purchaser before confirming the booking.
Will I be subjected to any additional charges when I purchase the packages?
You will only be subjected to additional charges if you confirm reservation of your rooms by using your unique code from purchased packages on weekends, school holidays, eve and public holidays as per below:
Weekends (Friday and Saturday) surcharge: RM 30 nett per night
School holidays, eve and public holidays surcharges: RM 50 nett per night
Holidays: Public Holiday dates are the holidays that are governed by the states and federal law of Malaysia
Which locations can I redeem under Package A: Standard at RM599 for 5 nights?
Package A: Standard buyers can only redeem on Standard properties listed under 11.11 Holistay Packages Promotion Participating locations.
Which locations can I redeem under Package B: Premium at RM699 for 5 nights?
Package B: Premium buyers can only redeem both properties, Standard and Premium listed under 11.11 Holistay Packages Promotion Participating locations.
What will be deducted from my unique code foer each night room reservations?
Redemption of a Studio / 1 Bedroom will incur 1 night’s voucher under your purchased unique code.
Redemption of a 2 Bedrooms will incur 2 night’s voucher.
Redemption of 3 Bedrooms will incur 3 night’s voucher.
